  • Design your bracelet and we will build it for you.

    You can create your own medical ID bracelet or design it with your favorite quote or own picture/artwork. 

       - Each text line is limited: 17 characters max for medical ID tags and 20 characters max for plain text tags. 
       - When typing your text, be careful: check spelling and phone numbers
       - The font size changes depending on the number of characters.
       - Fewer characters/lines = bigger font.
       - Your dog tag emblem will be printed EXACTLY as the information entered. 
       - For artworks, you can upload JPEG or PNG files
       - By uploading your artwork/image, you confirm that you have authorization to use it on your bracelet. (We reserve the right to not use an image if it is licensed or copyrighted. If an image cannot be used due to copyrights, we will request a different image or cancel and refund the order.) 

    About the bracelet:
    - Only one size available, adjustable to fit wrist sizes from 7.5" - 10"
    - Made out of high quality 450 and 550 pound test paracord
    - Fully Adjustable
