All credit/debit card payments and PayPal payments go to Handmade By Heroes. Our veterans will start making your handmade paracord item after you place your order. Completion of order typically takes 10-14 business days (14-21 business days for custom orders) before it is shipped. Your card/account will be charged at the time you place your order.
IMPORTANT! Please do not email your credit or debit card information to us (i.e. card number, CVV code). This is not advisable as it is not a secure way to transact. Please pay for your order through our secure payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) via the Checkout Page.

If you are buying a paracord bracelet as a gift, please keep in mind that the average male wrist size is 7.5 inches, and the average female wrist size is 6.5 inches.
You can use your discount code when making purchases from our online store. There is an option to enter your discount code on the Checkout page.
Discount codes can only be applied to orders made online, they cannot be applied for orders made over the phone.
It is not possible to use two or more discount codes at the same time on the same order.

Please note:
For bracelets with Plastic or Metal clasp:
The bracelet's measurement does not include the prongs of the male end of the clasp.
To measure the bracelet and make sure you received the correct size you ordered, lay it along a ruler with the female end (the one with the Handmade By Heroes logo stamped on it) at the 0 on the ruler. Measure the bracelet to just before the prongs of the other side of the clasp. The measurement you get should be the same as the size you have ordered. Please see the picture below for guidance.
Please make sure that you have authorization to upload an artwork design or image. We do not advise the use of copyrighted logos for the custom bracelet and keychain if you have no authorization, including but not limited to Sports logos (i.e. NBA and Colleges/Universities we do not have yet), High School logos, Company logos. We reserve the right to not print artwork that are protected by copyright laws. If, after a review, your submission is rejected, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed. Yes, you will receive an email notification from us and shippingeasy.com when your item is shipped.
All deliveries are shipped and tracked via USPS.
Our handmade paracord bracelets, keychains and watch with paracord band are usually completed in 10 - 14 business days and then shipped out to you via USPS which takes anywhere from 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery takes longer when there is a postal holiday. (Due to precautions the post office take for COVID-19, some delays might occur. Please track your shipment to monitor its movement.)
Paracord bracelets and key chains with custom artworks/emblems/custom engraved steel tags can take 14-21 business days to complete as we take the time to check and double check that the artwork is correct.
We use the United States Postal Service to ship items out and provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order and know when to expect your package. If you receive an empty package, please let us know by contacting us.
If you receive a damaged item please email us at gm@handmadebyheroes.com straight away to arrange exchange of your item. Please note that the item(s) must be in original packaging.

Our NFL, MLB and NHL paracord bracelets and key chains are officially licensed through Aminco International Inc. We are in the process of obtaining NBA Licensure.
Our NCAA paracord bracelets and key chains are CLPA (Collegiate Licensed Properties Association) Licensed through Aminco International Inc.
A licensing fee for all our licensed products is paid through Aminco, our licensee, and they pay the NFL/NHL/MLB/CLPA directly.

To ensure quality, the smallest bracelet we can make is 5.5", available on request only.
A combination of 450 pound test and 550 pound test paracord is used to create the products you wear and use. We combine the cords because some colors are only available in 450 test and others in 550 test paracord.
550 paracord is nominally rated with a tensile strength of 550 pounds while a 450 paracord has a minimum breaking strength of 450 pounds.
We also use ‘gutted’ paracord for very small sizes (7.5-inches and less) and for buyers who prefer a thinner, less bulky looking bracelet.
Gutted paracord bracelets are thinner because their center strands are removed so just the outer sheath remains. We typically gut the paracords for very small wrist sizes i.e. 7.5-inches or smaller. Ladies may also opt to have their bracelets made out of gutted paracord so that the band is not too thick.
Bracelets that are 8 inches and larger are made with regular paracord, whole cordage that still has the inner strands in tact. These bracelets are thicker than the gutted and are generally preferred by men.
NOTE: Gutted paracord bracelets have lower tensile strength: 250 lbs, as compared to Regular 550 and 450 paracord bracelets.
The thin line is the cord running through the middle of the bracelet and holds the charm in place. Please see the image below:
The paracord band itself is waterproof although it might shrink a little when wet so you might need to stretch it while wet.
The emblems used in the sports themed bracelets are NOT WATERPROOF at all. Please be careful not to get your NFL, MLB, NHL or NCAA bracelet wet.
The emblems of the medical ID bracelets however are water resistant but it is still not advisable to use them when taking a shower or swimming.
Metal Clasp and Plastic Clasp
Our Metal Clasps are a zinc/nickel alloy and the Gunmetal Clasps are bronze containing zinc. If you are allergic to these metals, you can opt for the plastic clasp.
The shoelace charm is also zinc and nickel alloy.
The charm length is 1 and 1/4 inches long, the width is 1/2 inch.
The bracelets made from regular paracord are about 3/4 inch wide, while bracelets made from gutted paracord are about 1/2 inch wide.
If your bracelet is too large or too small you are able to exchange it as long as you return it within 30 business days.
You must include a note with your address, name, contact number, size wanted as well as order number. We will also request you to include $5 for the return shipping. ($1 extra for each additional product). Read more on our Return and Exchange policy here.

Yes, you can pull on both ends of the bracelet simultaneously and the bracelet will often stretch 1/4 inch for both regular and gutted bracelets.
Please Note: If you get your bracelet wet, it might shrink a little so we advise that you stretch it out while wet. Please be careful not to soak your bracelet in water since the charm is not waterproof.
Pushing both ends up towards the logo will tighten the cords and make the bracelet shorter.
Using bleach is not recommended as it might alter the paracord colors.
You can easily unravel your bracelet: on one end of the bracelet, you will see two places where the ends of the paracord were melted to prevent the bracelet from unravelling when you don't want it to. You can cut off the melted part or you can use a pair of pliers to break the melt and then you can start unravelling the bracelet.
Note: Once unravelled, it will be difficult to reassemble it unless you know how to braid it back. Re-made bracelets from used paracord might not have the same length as the original.
