Why I joined the Military: I grew up in a small town with limited job opportunities, so I joined the Army after high school to start a career as a musician.
Why I joined Handmade By Heroes: I started with Handmade By Heroes through a Goodwill Jobs Rehabilitation program. I decided to stay because I enjoyed working with fellow veterans. After a car accident that caused traumatic brain injury and short term memory loss, I find working here reduces the stress in my life.
