Why I joined the Military: I joined the Army in 2007. I had grown up in a small town and always enjoyed talking to the veterans there. I wasn’t ready for another four years at college and decided to join the Army. I have always been very patriotic and felt that the military would be a great way to give back.
Why I joined Handmade By Heroes: After getting out of the Army, I spent a couple of years volunteering at a horse rescue and going to school. When I moved to Colorado I had a few different jobs and nothing was ever really a good fit. I missed being around veterans and the comaraderie that I had. I applied for the position at Handmade By Heroes and instantly realized that it would be a great opportunity.
Message to customers…I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all of the customers of Handmade By Heroes. Your support and purchases mean a great deal to myself and all the other veterans here. It is good to know that veterans are supported by the community. Your support gives veterans jobs and the ability to connect with other veterans.
My favorite sports team and why…My favorite sports team is the Green Bay Packers. I grew up in Illinois and the rest of my family were Bears fans. I didn’t want to follow the crowd, so I latched onto the Packers. I always enjoyed watching Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers play and have never looked back. Eventually I hope to go see a game at Lambeau Field.

Thanks for making my Medical bracelet. Awesome workmanship! Just like I’d expect from military personnel. Even today you are taking care of the civilians of this great country. This bracelet may save my life someday.

I just received my watch yesterday and wore it to work last night. After showing it to a few of the guys I work with, they all remarked with positive comments. My dad was in the Korean War and was a Lifer. Being raised in a military family really instilled a reason to be proud of our extended military family. Thank you for your service and thank you for making my paracord watch. I might even buy another one but with a Dallas Cowboy symbol attached !!

A special thanks to Tyler Jones for his service to our country and for being a part of the Handmade by Heroes group. I ordered and received my Warriors bracelet and am very proud to wear it . Our sports interest is the IHCC Warriors basketball team of Ottumwa , IA 52501. Our colors are maroon, gold, and white and those are the colors I chose for my bracelet. My husband liked mine so much that he had me to order one for him also ! Again, Thank you for your service !

We have been searching for an appropriate method to express our support of all military, deployed or stateside. Your bracelet filled the bill. Tyler, thank you so much for the attention to detail you gave as is obvious in the final product.
We are no ready for not only Fridays but every day of the week. Defenders of our freedoms need support 24/7, not just once a week. My only regret is that we didn’t have them to honor all who have or are serving on this past Friday, Veterans Day 2016!

We received our R.E.D. bracelets yesterday, one for each my wife and I. We are a military family, I spent 22 years in the Navy as a Mustang Officer, from Master Chief Petty Officer to retiring as a Lieutenant Commander.
We have been searching for an appropriate method to express our support of all military, deployed or stateside. Your bracelet filled the bill. Tyler, thank you so much for the attention to detail you gave as is obvious in the final product.

I too am a retired vet of 22yrs of service with the US Army. It is wonderful to see folks like you all who have served and move on becoming entrepreneurs. Thank you all for your service and the wonderful things you are doing now. Absolutely love the bracelets!!! Got the sports and patriotic bracelets for not only myself but family memebers as well. Keep up the awesome work!!!! I salute you all!!!
